As mentioned above, at Aston Architectural Aluminium, we use the latest aluminium fabrication machinery to allow us to create bespoke aluminium products. Using our own Aston S and Aston A profiles, we fabricate a range of high-performing aluminium bifold doors and aluminium windows as part of a package.
For our aluminium sliding doors and heritage doors and windows, we use high quality profiles from Smart Aluminium. For our commercial doors and windows and curtain walling systems we use high performing aluminium profiles from Schuco. By working with these industry-renowned aluminium system suppliers, we can offer our trade customers the best aluminium products.

Streamlined production for efficient deliveries
The Aston Architectural Aluminium factory has been designed to make aluminium product fabrication as smooth and efficient as possible. We run a strict storage and stock control system to ensure that we always have the right profile available for manufacture. We also have a hardware stock control system to ensure that all ancillary items are available when needed.
Our factory consists of several assembly stations where the aluminium profiles are made into door and window systems. They are strategically-positioned inside the factory to maximise productivity. Our loading bay and delivery bay are also located in the most appropriate places to enable the most efficient methods of production.
