Experienced estimator and customer service professional

A successful and well-established manufacturer of aluminium bifold doors and windows with ambitious growth plans is looking for an estimator to join them in their Watford office.

We work primarily in the trade sector, selling to installers and fabricators of aluminium doors and windows operating in the residential market. Trade projects are rapid turnaround which requires an organised approach, attention to detail and good teamwork. We also fabricate aluminium doors and curtain-walling for the commercial sector.

You will have previous experience of analysing customer enquiries and preparing and sending estimates to customers for aluminium bifold door and window projects using Logikal and Schucal estimating software. This also involves liaising with customers to fully understand their needs and proactively contacting former customers to win new sales.

Knowledge of our aluminium systems, Smarts and Schueco and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software (particularly MSBC’s DWERP system) will be advantageous.

Permanent full-time role with competitive salary, pension and 20 days holiday. Hours are 8am-5.30pm with one hour for lunch. Location: Watford
