Role Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in the residential building sector. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with installers, builders, and façade contractors, showcasing the benefits of our premium aluminium windows and doors. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow both personally and professionally, with uncapped earning potential based on your sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the trade and commercial market.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Provide consultative sales support, guiding clients through our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the home improvement and fenestration industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of aluminium doors and windows or related products is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
